Woh 3 Raatein (Those 3 Nights)

Hey blog couldnt resist myself from typing this. So got somtime to make this post.

I know some dirty minds must have started working after reading the title of the post. Let me cut short your excitement. I am referring to Saturnalia that happened in our institute after a long time in last sem. As usual my trade mark dialogue “I wanted to post this way back”. So to make this post brief just start it.
1) Night oops Day 1 :- Day 1 because we weren’t free on first day of Sat. our classes and labs commenced as usual. That was martyrdom day of “Bhagat Singh” so some persons were wearing Indian outfits. PN with his as usual dictatorship send some students out of the class for doing this + OPP was very angry and he warned that from next year nobody will be allowed to do these things. Tute of Emraan Hashmi was free as usual so we utilized it well. Played song “XL di kudian” and at that time all girls were present. HS was a bit excited and played “Sutta”. But it was stopped before real thing could begin. Then a line of a legendary song “GMD”(Don’t even ask me its full form) was also played. Then the clash of DVD and SB. Both are a*s h***s. people tried to convince SB but he wasn’t ready to hear. Sad thing was that in this process DVD’s dad had to suffer. Moving onto the atmosphere at college. It seemed that something big was going to happen. People were very excited about the chicks that were expected to come. But believe me what we saw there we weren’t too excited. People who have joined various committees were busy. I was a member of most popular community “Spectator committee”. Was feeling a bit useless though but anyways. Life style show was scheduled at 7:00 PM. I reached there with DJ. Tandon was rocking as usual. His mimicry of Manchanda sir was great. Then came the worst thing. Some disgusting twisted movie. We played snake multiplayer on 6600 via Bluetooth that time. Then came the anchor of the show. Man he was a pro. He just knew how to manage people and to gel with them. Well he would be mentioned a lot in the post so I name him HR I don’t know what his real name is. I still remember that “ehooooooo” and “oyaaaaa”. Then some Punjabi songs were played. Shamur rocked the night. Then this LS show started. Teams were divided as alphabets. Team A was pathetic. Then our college was good. Those familiar faces we have seen them a lot now. Nothing more to mention but some “cats” etc. but students of Univ. of Waterloo did well considering they did it without girl power. But but but group “H” yeah H means hot na? it was the best. Team was from NIFD chandigarh. Girls were great. We could hear “Ah tan college vich “F” laga ditta”. Then the MG’s khalbali incident. He was to jump railings to goto VIP area. He was stuck in between and remained there for a few seconds as if his something is smashed. We were laughing a lot. I wanted to click him but my cell was not with me. Then was a play by 1st year and waterloo students. It was indeed a great play. Then it was all over. We went to SR and had dinner there. Finally reached home at 1:00 AM.

2) Night 2:- Rock show was scheduled on this evening. I didn’t come to see events during the day because I was in no mood to see a Mudra kinda thing sacrificing my sleep. This time I was alone. People flooded me with questions about the absence and some said you missed ******’s performance, she was looking great u missed her and so on. Also saw the most disgusting person of college there. Then saw her too ?. But she wasn’t attending the show I suppose. Then reached there again at 7:00. some folk dance event was going on. Saw “Malwai Giddha”. It wasn’t as good as Mudra. But in open space you cant expect a better sound too. AV and CJ participated in event of aviation club. Finally rock show started. First song sounded crap as sound system wasn’t good. Anyways the whole show was looking boring as I haven’t heard any rock band except “system of a down”. Buddy was enjoying the show with his “Fearless 5 group”. A huge relief came when band1 finished their performance and Punjabi songs were played. Some bhangra finally. Then band 2 came. Another crap song I was about to leave then they sang “Vandey Mataram”. This was great. I just stopped there and coudnt go. This was the best band of the show. Then same old crap. But I got to know about Pearl Jam. I was as usual searching internet sites from phone to know the lyrics of the songs they were singing so I could understand them. It was 11:00 PM then. All girls were said to leave. We were confused why this is so. Then buddy joined us too. HR was better than last day. He also did a lot of bhangra on Punjabi songs. He changed his style a bit and used “burrraaaa” and “Balle balle” . Then came last band. The lead vocalist was like a pig. When he spoke all of us died laughing. He said “This is my f*****g favourite song”. When he sang he shouted f**k many times. We knew that this will be disqualified. Finally it ended at 12:00. again had dinner at SR . then went to drop CJ to his home. On return I was greeted by a lot of Scoobies. They started chasing me. My bike saved me again. Gear 5 full throttle was needed to escape such a large number of dogs. Got a new experience that nothing can match speed. I love my bike. Reached home very late.

3) Night 3:- It was Euphoria night. I didn’t like this band before I saw their performance. I thought that I would skip this event but temptation to see a star live (or alive lol) was too good to resist. This time buddy was messaging me about timings. Reached there at 6:00. Again same things. You missed **. She was looking great. You missed ****** too. How could you? When we entered the venue very few people were there. Finally they arrived. Start of the show was as expected. They sang some of their songs we have never heard. Anyways crowd was getting mad and their was a lot of dust. It was difficult even to breathe. They were singing some boring songs and crowd was singing “Pehle Lalkare Nal”. Then came a surprise. Palash sang “O humdum sunio re” from Saathiya. Then he sang Dil chahta hai. It was great. Me and CJ both Jal freaks were praying that he should sing Aadat as well. Then after this song he sang his song “dhoom pichak dhoom”. As usual boys and gals were separated by a partition. Palash was a bit astonished to see this and he commented a lot on it. Man it was fun. His comments on faculty members were awesome. Most of the faculty members were with their children so again the hunt for NC was on. PN was holding his kid like a wire on an electric pole. YKC was also with something didn’t know it was a boy or a girl. Kaler aunty is taller than kaler uncle and lots more things we discovered. Then someone from girls threw something on stage. He was engry and he said one more time this happened and he would leave. Then on lots of request he sang “Mayari” then he also sang “Its my life”, “Bheege honth tere”, “Brick in the wall”. Then a song from his forthcoming album mehfuz as well. Then came the rain. Show over. Again went to SR this time 2 hours early. There was a lot of chaos at SR. her presense at SR was perhaps only +ve thing there. We finally managed a seat and were confused what to eat. Nothing was decicded till 15 min. buddy became furious and left. Then we ate something. Pathetic food. Finally reached home at 10:30.

4) Last Day:- Just got a good news that on Monday college would be closed. Couldn’t believe it at first then got message from many persons. So saturnalia was over.

Now back to report again. Now MUDRA will be there on coming sem. Looking forward to it. Lets get back to work. Ta Tu blog…c ya

I am back, very soon.,I know. But I have nothing else to do. So I thought to do a bit of typing practice now. results are out. Nothing new. Like always sad but I will forget it within a few days. What is the life of a 7 point someone at TIET. Only a 7 pointer can understand. But life goes on as it is. So in few days without blogging and surfing I tried somethings like

After all these things I can say blogging is the best..

Good ,Bad, Beautiful and Trip as well

Hey blog. I know I am posting this after a long time. I was busy posting on other blog. now I have posted all the things I wanted on other blog and I have found a great way to update that blog with huge posts without any need to type (DJ knows about it). According to the title lets begin the post.

1) Good :- Good thing is that Alonso won Canada GP. This GP was very good. Perhaps third best in season after Imola and Australia. Schumi finished second and Kimi third. Poor Kimi, again Mclaren caused him to lose position in the race, thaks to a 12 sec pit stop. I don’t know what will happen to Alonso next year when he will join Mclaren as well. Lots of crashes occurred in the race. Even Schumi hit the wall once. But recovered well after this. The problem was the timings of the race. 10:30 IST. I was feeling sleepy. When I thought that race will be over now then some event occurred. Whether Schumi was overtaking or Kimi catching up with Alonso. So somehow I was able to watch full race till 12:30 AM.

2) Bad :- Training at the company is very boring. For three days we are wasting time on testing IUN meter. This isn’t helping us to learn anything new. Sitting in front of a PC for hours just tabulating data is perhaps the most irritating experience. We will not do this from Wednesday onwards. Also PN is visiting Riken on Friday. He asks a lot of questions to the students. We still don’t know anything about our project. Don’t know what is coming our way on Friday. Now I feel training at college would have been better than this. Still clueless about report. People are making 50 pages report. We also have to do this, still I don’t know how. Then a seminar as well. Oh god save us from all this.

3) Beautiful :- Monday was a good day because we saw many beautiful girls in our bus and in other buses as well. Even at Pkl Ind. Area Phase 1. But real thing happened at Riken. Golu gave us the news that LED will come today. She came at 10:45. after a week I suppose. She is very pretty indeed. A good thing about visit of PN is that from now onwards students will be regular. So good time pass at Riken. She left company at 12:25. Golu wanted to go as well but his bus was at 1:10 so he couldn’t go at that time. We still don’t know where is the receptionist of Riken gone. But it is good anyways because we complete our attendance on our own.

4) Trip :- Although this post is a bit late in coming but still I wanted to post this. Forgot completely about it. A friend suggested to make this post. Here it comes

Our trip was to Amritsar. March 11, Saturday. About 25 students were there. Plan was to go to Darbar Sahib and other places nearby. Trip was to start at 5:30 AM. Everyone was to come to college at 5:15. Although it didn’t seem possible that all persons would be that punctual. Only TS and AG came at 5:15. We came at 5:45. only a few students were there. There was a trip of EE as well on that day. Buddy messaged me to update him about the trip in morning itself. Anyways finally after arrival of HS at 6:30 the trip began. Bus was good. It had a VCD player. So as usual everyone danced. But small bus caused some problems(DJ knows better) Buddy was updating about his trip. Like Bhu is sitting with who and things which AV wanted to know. Anyways this ended when they crossed the border of Punjab and roaming service began. We had breakfast at McDonalds. But main attraction of the journey was an ultimate item number by Kachha. I made a video of him. He danced like Hrithik Roshan. Everyone laughed a lot. There was another incident as well. PC got the movie “Gajagamini”. He was confused. But most hilarious part was AB getting “Mardon Wali Baat”. Kachha’s presence made the journey more eventful. We also stopped just before Amritsar to get some pics clocked and to dace as well (strange but true: some persons wanted to dance in the fields. Laptop didn’t work so this never happened). Then came Amritsar. Straight way we went to Darbar Sahib. A great place. As usual there was a lot of rush. But this place is like a heaven. You forget everything when you go there. The atmosphere relaxes you. We paid obeisance there after waiting for 45 min. for our turn. Then we saw the museum there. I saw it for the first time. A lot of pics of terrorists were there, this was a bit shocking. Also there was the pic of “Beant Singh” who killed Indira Gandhi. After getting communion and having langar we went for Jallian Wala Bagh. Thanks to R.D.B. we were able to appreciate it better than previous visits. There was an incident as well with TS. He tied the cloth on his head at Darbar Sahib. It caused impressions of word “Golden Temple” on his forehead. We thought to exhibit him in public at cost of Rs 5 per person. Then we went to Lawrence Road (22 No Phatak of Amritsar). We split into groups and we went with AS coz he knew a lot about this place. Some people went to Ebony. We got some pics clicked and had icecream there. Now the hottest thing there was DAV college of girls. Wow , the girls were beautiful and boald as well. Our CR was staring at them and they started staring at him as well. He shied away. PC became very senti after seeing all those gals and as usual passed a comment. We assembled after 6. Someone threw a water balloon on gals of our group. HS made a lot of fun about it. ASA’s comment cant be forgotten about girls at Ebony. Then finally we started the return journey. Clicked a lot of pics with my cell. Best was kachha sleeping with his face covered. On return journey kachha wanted to play a game. He wanted to know what others thought about him. we also thought about enjoying kachha but then left this idea and slept. Got feed back from friends about what happened in this game and also a question was raised “Why PC is called so (Mandy’s Favourite) and it was answered in typical PC style.” Then we went to Haveli for dinner. A great place. The food, interiors everything was perfect. AV showed us his favorite place there. It was good indeed. First time we went to this place and loved it. Wanted to see the event “Rangla Punjab” but time was less. Then at 10:00 PM. We started for home again. There was a song Jija by Bhupinder Gill played in bus. Some girls didn’t understand its meaning then HS came for explanation. The way he explained it was awesome “Who ladki jo naach rahi hai voh apne jije ko keh rahi hai ki tere paise khatam ho jaayenge. Is par jija kehta hai ki mere paas paise bohot hain maine kal hi jhone ki traali mandi mein bechi hai ” then queries were “Yeh jhona kya hota hai?” to his even HS was confused. He asked others and finally replied “Rice”. Then some discussions and finally we reached college at 1:10 AM. Electrical students reached a long time before us. In short it was a great trip a true stress buster. I will always remember this trip.
I went to college today. Not to check CG but to get a book on microcontrollers and to have iced tea. But outlet was closed. Met Happy there. Saw many friends there. Poor mechanchis they are getting butchered in training. Saw a lot of beautiful girls at SR. Never saw this much quality and quantity at college. I didn’t want to leave the place. Sat there for 1:30 hour. Then went to RP (It reminded me of my good old days when buddy was our friend.). Got EFY and returned home to be surprised to know that no power cut from 1-5.

Enough for now. I may have missed somethings. Will edit this post if required…..bye blog…..

Finally some work at training…….

Hey blog. Today was an awesome day. Tiring but cool. Finally we did some work at the company. We reached company as usual at 10:30. This time didn’t carry our lunch with us hoping that we will sneak away at 12:30. But sir said that we will have to stay there at the company for the full time it meant till 5:30. We were surprised but still happy that finally we will get some work to do. He explained us our job. He was very serious and was behaving as if we have to work on some defense project. The work was simple. Input the dates follow some steps and tabulate the output. Problem was that 1 reading took 10 min. first time we worked on IUN meter. We were supposed to take 30 readings. Since we didn’t carry the food so we decided to go to some place nearby. First time explored Pkl. It is isn’t that bad as we thought it to be before. Finally after a lot of struggle we found a place where we could get some food. This was perhaps the worst place where I could have eaten (ps: I can’t comment about mess of hostel). But we were left with this option only. We also met our classmate kachha. He is at BEL. Then reached company at 2. Same thing started again. We were looking for sir so we could leave. He came back and asked us to continue. We left the company at 5:15. Still we were satisfied that finally we did some work. Reached home at 7:15 exhausted.

I saw PHP yesterday again on a pirated CD. I really wanted to see this at theater but never got tickets. This time print was very good. Movie is fantastic . Paresh Rawal is great as usual. Now waiting for Krrish. I think it will again be “Piracy Zindabaad” this time. But it will be better if I get tickets for this movie. Krrish is releasing on Friday. Hope we get tickets for this movie.

I was reading blog of a friend. He recommended music of Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna. According to him it was soulful. I downloaded the title song. It was so soulful that I slept while it was being played. Then I downloaded other songs. They were much better. Also downloaded some of Atif’s songs. I just love his voice, songs of movie killer are awesome (I am not recommending anything just telling you) /

Orkut was down today. Thank god it is back now. …Bye blog………

My blogging has been exactly opposite to that of preetinder’s. He switched over from photos to text while i did exactly opposite. Whole of the world is crazy about football and i am listning to the schumacher song. Made this from the pics i had. Waiting for GP on sunday.
